Top Tip
Try the Steak Academy just across the road for wonderful steaks. We enjoyed good food at the hotel's restaurant too.

Location next to station is great. General facilities of the hotel were fine. Appearance and attitude of some staff could have been better. We weren't attracted to eat in the hotel. No character and lacks proper restaurant.

Travelled with eldery parent who has trouble walking so the location of the hotel actually adjacent to the railway station was brilliant and just 2/3 minute walk to shopping centre

Downside of hotel was lax service at their bar, with at times no bar person to be seen.Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Top Tip
Restaurants all within strolling distance of hotel and serving dinner at a late hour if required.

Not sure if rooms are in process of being upgraded as the standard of the bathroom was better than the bedroom which was a bit tired looking. However, we had a comfortable stay, a very good breakfast and the location of the hotel couldn't really be any better. Would definately use this hotel again.

very impressed with the hotel generally. Clean, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. The only draw2back was the restaurant (ASH) where the meal was very disappointing (pretty sure it was microwaved). Breakfast in the hotel proper was very good, plenty of choice and well presented.

Fantastic value for money, excellant breakfast and the location is slap in the middle of Inverness, which considering that the room was nice and quiet!
Top Tip
Theres a brilliant pub called the Hootannany which has a wide variety of live bands on every weekend. Theres also a lovely Thai restraunt accross from the Royal bank (sorry I can't remember the name!)

CANNOT REALLY COMMENT AS WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK IN WAS TOLD THEY WERE FULL AND HAD STOPPED ALL INTERNET BOOKINGS WITH COMPANIES LIKE YOURSELVES A WEEK BEFORE HAND
BUT THEY DID THEIR BEST TO RE-ALLOCATE US TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL BUT WE HAD THE EXTRA CHARGES OF TAXIS AS THE OTHER HOTEL WAS NOT CENTRAL AS WE HAD WISHED.
